Chabad of Dunwoody is a warm Jewish community center dedicated to supporting and strengthening Jewish life in Dunwoody.

We are here to help individuals and families in practical, meaningful ways, including hospital visitation, caring for the elderly, food packages for those in need, counseling, community support, and programs that bring people together.

Through our classes, children’s programs, holiday events, and outreach initiatives, we aim to create a welcoming space where every person feels cared for, connected, and part of the community.

If you have any questions, need support, or would like to receive updates about our programs and services, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love to hear from you.

Rabbi Mendy Wineberg directs Chabad of Dunwoody together with his wife, Sara. Originally from South Africa, Rabbi Wineberg studied in various parts of the U.S., eventually moving to New York where he received his Rabbinic ordination. Sara has lived most of her life in Los Angeles with a brief hiatus in Israel. Her fun-loving and personable character has led her to direct camps and children’s programs nationwide for kids of all ages. Answering the call of the Lubavitcher Rebbe to bring the light of Judaism to every corner of the globe, the Winebergs established Chabad of Dunwoody in 2022.
